Goldberg & Associates Company History
Goldberg and Associates, Inc. was founded in 1996 with the express purpose of providing a means for finding low-cost term insurance from among the highest quality life insurance companies in the United States. To that end, we now do business nationwide with only the A.M. Best top-rated A or A+ Insurance companies.
Mike Goldberg, president of Goldberg & Associates, graduated from Vanderbilt University in 1977 with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Business Administration. He has been in the insurance business since 1987 when he started with Prudential Life as an individual agent. In 1988, he moved to Mutual of New York (MONY) and worked as an agent until starting Goldberg and Associates. While at MONY, Mike qualified as New Associate of the Year in 1989 and also for MONY’s Top Club on several occasions. In 1998, he qualified for the Court of the Table in the Million Dollar Round Table organization, a worldwide life insurance association. Every year since that time, he has qualified as Top of the Table, their highest designation.
In 2000, Transamerica Life recognized Mike as their ninth largest producer worldwide and member of Transamerica’s Leader’s Group. He has qualified as a member of their Leading Producer’s Group on numerous occasions since. In September of 2008 Mike Goldberg and Associates, Inc. became affiliated with Volente Insurance Partners, Inc., a subsidiary of Bramco, Inc., the largest brokerage service organization in the country.
